Shipping & Returns

Inventory orders are shipped within 1 business day, most are shipped on the same day if the order is received by 2:00 pm eastern standard time (depending on the number of orders for the day). To prevent any package loss, we insure all our shipments and require signature at delivery unless requested by customer.

Waterbabies Bikini can not be held responsible for transport delays.

Typical shipping times:

Fed-Ex 2nd Day is 2 business days from the shipping date.

Fed-Ex Next Day is by 7:00 pm the next business day after the shipping date.

Fed-Ex Priority Next Day is by 12:00 noon the next business day after the shipping date.

International shipments may be delayed due to customs.

Return and Exchange Policy

Custom suits can not be exchanged or returned so we urge you to please verify your order with us via telephone if you are uncertain of anything. 

Exchange request can only be made for the same style due to incorrect sizing or manufacturing defect within 15 days of receipt. Returned item must arrive within 30 days of original product delivery date. All merchandise must be in Original Sale Condition with product tag still attached, credit will be issued for inventory items only, minus 10% restocking fee and shipping charges. All items returned will be thoroughly inspected in accordance to U.S. Health code. Swimsuits cannot be returned if any signs of wear has been detected. Waterbabies Bikini reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges in violation of the set policy.
